By downloading, installing, or using ManMode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
ManMode is a personal wellness and fitness tracking application. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
ManMode is not a medical application. The content, including workout plans, skincare routines, and AI Coach advice, is for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or wellness programme.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
ManMode PRO is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
The AI Coach feature provides general wellness guidance. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as professional medical, psychological, or fitness advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI Coach responses.
All content within ManMode, including but not limited to text, graphics, workout plans, and software, is the property of ManMode and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManMode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
